Table Games at Boom Casino

Dice, chips and playing cards, those are some of the classic characteristics when you think of casino table games. And indeed, playing casino tables has long been a thrilling pastime for players. There is something about going up against the house with luck and skill that brings a high level of excitement. These are the card-, dice- and chip-based games that are played on felted tables in land-based casinos and here at Boom Casino, we have our virtual versions.

The classic casino tables span many top casino games, including baccarat and poker but also more exotic titles such as Sic Bo or Dragon Tiger. Now, with the rise of online casino play, we have seen these classic table games redesigned with more features, more win potential and more fun.

At Boom Casino, you can dive into a whole assortment of casino table games, including favorites like roulette, blackjack, and baccarat. The scope of tables goes way beyond your usual games, with the likes of “Wall Street Baccarat” and “Casino Stud Poker” available. Let’s take a closer look at what you can expect playing at a table games casino such as ours!

How to Play Casino Table Games

Playing online casino tables has never been easier; you no longer have to awkwardly ask the dealer about the rules. The table games at Boom Casino have intuitive displays and easy gameplay so you can hit the ground running and play table games without concern. The games use easy controls such as bet limits and every game has an information icon that gives you a quick breakdown of the rules of the table.

Playing online casino tables allows you to enjoy them at your own pace. You don’t have to wait for the player next to you to make their bet, you can even set your bet before the dealer has dealt the cards. Many of the games also include settings to speed up gameplay and even bet automatically, so you can enjoy the thrill without lifting a finger.

Different Types of Casino Tables

When it comes to the casino table, there is no shortage of entertainment. This includes all card games, like blackjack, baccarat, and video poker. It also sometimes includes dice games like craps, as well as the timeless player favorite roulette. New casino table games are popping up every so often, offering modern variations with even more excitement and additional features. You will also come across many more lesser-known table games. These include tables like Casino War, where you bet on whether the next card will be higher or lower, and Asian-inspired tables such as Dragon Tiger.

Baccarat

Baccarat has long been one of the most favored casino table games. The game is easy to play and carries a low house edge. Made famous by James Bond himself, the game of baccarat is a game of prediction between two hands, the banker hand, and the player hand.

The idea of the game is to get as close to 8 as you can, with 9 being the maximum number. For example, if you get a 4 and a 10 then the number you have will be 5, as it resets over 9. You then place a bet on whether the winning hand will be of the banker, the player, or a tie. The game starts with two cards each, and if a set of cards totals 8 or 9 then that hand will be deemed the winner.

Baccarat has several variants, including Mini Baccarat, Punto Banco, Speed Baccarat and Baccarat Squeeze. There are also some different versions of the game from across the world, such as Sic Bo and REAL Baccarat with Sarati. You will find all these table games available at our Boom Casino table games lobby.

Boom Casino has also partnered up with the Real Dealer masterminds to offer more immersive casino tables. The games from Real Dealer Studios are delivered using top-notch movie industry elements to produce audio visuals that are far superior to your regular table and live dealer games.

Casino Poker

Whether you’re a poker shark or just a budding enthusiast, you can pull up a virtual seat to many online casino poker games. Video poker is a popular choice amongst players because it offers a lower house edge. There is a huge number of online poker games to pick from at Boom Casino, and these variations include the likes of Jacks or Better, All Aces Poker, Casino Stud Poker, and many more. These tables all share the general poker rules but with a slight twist.

Here are some of the most popular versions of casino poker:

Let it Ride

Let it ride poker requires you to make three bets of equal size before each round begins. After placing the bets, you and the dealer will receive three-hole cards while two community cards are dealt, which completes your five-card poker hand. You can remove one or two of your bets during each hand. If you don’t decide to take any of your bets off the table, then you “let it ride.”

Pai Gow Poker

Pai Gow poker sees you dealt seven cards to start a round. You must form both a “front” and “back” hand with the cards. The back hand is made up of five cards and must be stronger than the front hand, which includes two cards. The dealer also forms a front and back hand. Once you’re both finished separating cards, you and the dealer show your front and back hands. If both your hands beat the dealer’s, then you win, if only one hand beats, then the round is considered a push and if neither hand beats the dealers, then you lose.

Casino Stud Poker

This popular poker table has you playing against the dealer and not fellow players. You and the dealer are both dealt 5 cards. The dealer will place their 5th card face up so you can see it. Then you can fold if you have a poor hand or bet if you think your hand beats the dealer. If you fold your cards, you will lose the original ‘ante’ bet but if you have a good hand then you can raise.

Casino Hold’em

Being a variation of Texas Hold’em, Casino Hold'em is one of the most popular forms of poker. But instead of playing against other players, you are going head-to-head against the house. To play this game, players must put up an ‘ante’ bet. You also have the option of placing a bonus jackpot bet.

All players and the dealer are dealt two cards facing down, known as the player's hole cards. To play the hand, you will need to wager exactly 2x your ante bet. In other words, if your ante bet was $10 and you want to play your hand, you will need to put up $20. If you decide to fold and not play, then you lose your ante bet. Then the flop is drawn. These are community cards, so everyone at the table can use them to complete a five-card hand.

Other Types of Table Games

No casino is complete without a solid collection of various table games. Casino tables have originated from all around the world, including China, India, and France.

Several other table games online exist that prove popular with casino players. Of these, perhaps the most popular overall is roulette, where players bet on which number the ball will land on. But other games receive a good bit of attention too, such as the dice games of Craps and Sic Bo, and competitive games based on luck like Keno and Bingo. Speaking of which, here at Boom Casino, we like to spoil our players with a special Viking Runecraft, Sweet Alchemy, and the Rainforest Magic bingo game by developer Play’n GO, all based on their respective popular slot titles.

Other special picks include the trading-based Weekend Binary from CandleBets, the famous game show adaptation Dream Catcher by Evolution Gaming as well as Football Studio First Person for an engaging blend of an intense sports vibe and classic casino board games.
